Pluspunten
After more than two years, I have to say, absolutely nothing positive remains. This company scores a zero.
Minpunten
To truly capture the essence of this work environment would require a sprawling, detailed narrative, akin to crafting an extensive and deeply troubling essay. The fundamental relationship between employer and employee here is disturbingly reminiscent of modern-day servitude. Individuals are bound by inflexible, two-year contractual obligations, with the threat of substantial financial penalties looming over anyone daring to seek an early departure. The company's claims regarding its clientele are grossly inflated, a mere facade concealing the reality of a meager three clients, with a disheartening trend of continuous client attrition. A starkly uneven and potentially hazardous dynamic prevails, particularly for male employees. Gender-based favoritism is rampant, with allegations of inappropriate conduct and a systematic effort to suppress any reports of misconduct. The management structure is characterized by incompetence and an excessive intrusion into employees' personal lives, prioritizing trivial office politics and gossip over substantive work. The company operates on a model of mass recruitment followed by swift, often unjustified, layoffs, frequently under the pretense of 'non-performance.' Team leaders are accused of routinely appropriating credit for the achievements of others, while simultaneously exhibiting a profound lack of the necessary skills and expertise. The workplace is permeated by an atmosphere of profound distrust and pervasive backstabbing, where any dissenting voice is swiftly silenced through termination. Basic tools and resources essential for effective job performance are deliberately withheld, while simultaneously imposing unrealistic expectations for productivity. Finally, those who choose to resign are subjected to a heightened level of micromanagement and overt hostility, transforming their remaining tenure into a period of intense and unwarranted scrutiny.
