- Growing company with a great leadership team and room to grow personally and professionally. - Many different disciplines and needs and a cultural willingness to "find the right fit" for good performers - Many locations across the country

Minpunten

- Still a bit disjointed from a practice perspective; working hard to better align the company but not there yet - If you are a person who needs a very specific job title and set of job functions, might not be the right fit; lines blur occasionally and flexibility and willingness to take on functions/projects outside of your specific area is critical to success.
