Pluspunten
- Company is fully remote (a HUGE perk for me), but we still get together every few months which I think is important.
- Benefits are amazing, including free vision.
- Company is dedicated to inclusion, leading to a diverse workforce.
- Everyone is very friendly and they're always happy to answer questions.
- Yearly reviews and raises are higher than I've had at any other company.
- Earlier this year PTO was increased from 2 weeks to 3 weeks. This is in addition to 4 float days and sick time.
- Lots of holidays compared to most other companies, including MLK Day and Juneteenth.
I've had a number of jobs at different companies, but this is the first one that truly seems to care about its employees.
Minpunten
The only major thing I can critique is that PTO is on an accrual system, so new employees with health issues will have to watch their sick time.
