Someone posted this is minor leagues for real insurance companies and that is SPOT ON! No culture, no leadership, no technology and I MEAN NO technology! They are basically one step above using typewriters, which I have actually seen tucked into unused conf rooms. If you are looking for a call center type role, review Fortune 100 companies and apply there. Many are open to you no matter where you live and they don’t ask you to use your own personal computer. Thats not a joke people, wfh is with your…own…computer. Who does that??!
