They hide the fact that this is a true call center job with a fancy title and licensing but don’t want to pay what other companies do or provide incentive for binding policies. Morale is low, turnover rate is high. They are always hiring, always changing the training so no one is ever on the same page. They say when you are hired you can move within the company after a year, but will make every excuse of why you can apply or get a job outside of this department.
