They seem to be interested in simply keeping the boat afloat temporarily. * Extremely bloated upper management because you can get a sweet title if you buy enough share! * Unplanned and stressful workload due to poor management * Workforce in every department across all their locations is severely understaffed * Upper management runs operation like a sweat shop and treats ALL employees like they are all replaceable. Stressful and toxic environment * In some departments you are expected to put as many hours as required to get the job done but not claim any overtime * No structured pay scale (someone new with much less experience can come in making a lot more than experienced hard working internals) * No growth opportunity
