Minpunten
I relocated in reliance on this role and received positive feedback during my first 3 months. However, after the manager returned from about 1 month of vacation, the attitude toward me changed noticeably. My employment was then terminated 1 week before the end of the 6 month period, without clear facts or objectively documented justification being presented. In my experience, HR was weak, communication was insufficient, and the process lacked transparency and professional credibility. I would not recommend making major life decisions based on the perceived stability of this employer.
