The big issue in the iberian part of NRS is that we have someone as md that does not understand spanish. He is extremely agresive in meetings and pushes clients from taking anything or renewing. He seems desperate to be in meetings so that he can take credit for anythig positive coming from them, but as soon as something negative happens it's someone elses fault. This guy has no place being a people manager as 1on1s with him is a nightmare. If your idea of situational management is this then something is seriously wrong. They are all about what he needs rather than the employee.
