​The organisation feels like it's really struggling, and that pressure lands on the frontline staff. There isn't much accountability, so the same mistakes can happen repeatedly. ​There is limited flexibility in some roles, so your work-life balance can take a real hit. ​You shouldn't expect much in the way of pay raises; progression is really slow. ​No clinical supervision provided to staff in frontline roles. ​A lot of really good people have left lately, staff turnover is noticeably high.
