- It is a privilege to work with lovely colleagues who work hard, really care about children and strive everyday to make a positive difference. - The origins of the organisation and purported cause are very worthy. - Some children and families do benefit from the work.

Minpunten

- Toxic work environment: routine bullying from management, lack of commitment to EDI in senior leadership. - Bias in recruitment: people are often employed because they are a friend of the hiring manager. - HR are unable to help or advise on most issues. - Policies, EDI, trauma-informed initiatives are ignored by senior leaders. - Restructures/redundancies/change management are very poorly managed.

Thank you very much for sharing your experiences of working at the NSPCC. While it is deeply troubling to read your overall negative experience, it is crucial that we do. We aspire to create the conditions where all our people, volunteers and employees, feel valued for the unique individual they are and for the part they play.
