Some of the technical debt that was let go was some teams who appeared to be operating a "social club" type environment without a focus on completing meaningful work into production or an over focus on academic research that didn't make it into production or didn't work as needed/expected. * Good benefits. 401K matching is great. Teams are a little small currently, but this is really excitement in growing out world class talent to solve game changing problems. A great problem to have!
