      -Great place to learn , especially if you are a novice Teacher -Pay not bad -Lesson plan provided, structured curriculum

      Minpunten

      -Staff child ratio (typical of any AOP centre) -According to the centre needs, my centre only allows 1 staff on leave per bay -Eng Learning centre materials is not provided, (only given idea not the learning centre resources) hence personal time needs to be used to source, print, cut , laminate and cut,
