Online HR that handles all the annual leaves, sick leaves, childcare leaves, family care leaves, etc, as well as OT claims.
Minpunten
A lot of workload especially for SkoolReady classes (Nursery, K1 and K2). Some centres have high ratio of children to 1 teacher. If you are teaching the maximum class size, you most probably won't have time to complete all the documentation work during working hours and would always need to stay back and finish up every other day to complete the work.
