Some colleagues are hardworking and genuinely try to make a difference. Benefits were standard for the industry.

Minpunten

Accountability is sorely lacking, underperformers are protected if they have the right connections while capable colleagues without any backing are pushed out. Feedbacks is rarely acted upon and morale. Plenty of backstabbing among the team and it is clear the TA team are not united. Stayed on due to the hybrid policy only.
