      Pluspunten

      -Your hard work is recognized -No politics (but i heard that in my neighboring team they speak local language Marathi in team meeting) -RSU's, Free Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner & other facilities -Friendly managers

      Minpunten

      -Zero documentation (a new joinee has to really struggle hard) -Going home before 7pm is a dream -they expect you to work on weekend -most of the tasks gets assigned only after post lunch -No growth, though you get promoted in terms of designation after a few years, you end up doing same work which you were doing before getting promoted -I feel company is neglecting GPU business & giving more importance to new Tegra business

      Pluspunten

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Minpunten

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
