1. People are helpful throughout the organization, which is not a common picture in other MNCs 2. Facilities are fine, but there's no sleeping room/pod 3. Pay relatively good

Minpunten

1. Too much workload and consecutive deadlines till you get exhausted! 2. No training, even for freshers. It's all, on the field learning

Pluspunten

Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

Minpunten

Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
