      The people who work here are smart, driven, creative, and hard working. It's the kind of place where you're surrounded by people who are going to challenge you to dig a little deeper and push a little further than you think you can. You're encouraged to be an expert in your area and to own it. There are strong female leaders to look up to and a great support group with the company's Women in Tech (WIT) group.

      Minpunten

      During busy times, the work load is intense and there are very long hours. Annual reviews and performance plans are weak. Can be challenging to move or grow within the company.

      Pluspunten

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Minpunten

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
