Minpunten
- No Linux support only windows IT team. - Lack of planning, no process is followed complete adhoc approach. - Too aggressive mailing culture which is of no use, unnecessary mails are part of the jobs. - Internal Bug tracking and Test Management tools are rubbish . The Internal tools are made like college graduation projects. Poor DB performance, UI, Usability is poor. - Automation is very poor, no framework is used, just random scripts clubbed together to make things work. - HR is completely Inactive, sharing problem with HR gets disclosed to Managers which is breach of code of conduct of HR policy.
