- Your ideas are valued, regardless of seniority - The product is solving a real issue not just for companies but also for the end-consumer - Management has made the right changes to really set up the company for growth, both as a company and for individuals professionally, in 2020 - The core problem we solve isn't something most eCommerce pros know about, so getting and keeping them engaged is trickier than your basic SaaS or widget offering; this is really fun for me compared to past SaaS companies b/c I get to engage in strategy rather than just pure solution use more

Not a con, per se, but start-ups aren't for everyone - The core problem we solve isn't something most eCommerce pros know about, so getting and keeping them engaged is trickier than your basic SaaS or widget offering; this company will always challenge you rather than letting you coast - It is an international company, so despite best efforts at time zone alignment there are times you're working when other teams are not - US Maternity leave is lacking compared to other tech companies

I started with Namogoo several months ago, and so far the experience has been great! The training upfront was super organized (despite suddenly having to happen via Zoom due to the pandemic) and ran for about 2.5 full weeks. It's the first start-up that I've worked for and I love the openness to change & improvement. I feel well-connected to the organization despite everyone working remotely, and everyone seems eager to help one another.

Minpunten

Not many to speak of so far - it would be great to learn more about what opportunities for advancement exist, but my sense is that it's constantly evolving and they'll find the right opportunities for whoever earns them as it comes up. Normally we're expected to be in-office 5 days a week (outside of the pandemic), whereas most progressive companies, esp. in NYC, offer more flexibility or are now changing their policies to only require employees to come in 2-3 days a week once things return to normal, having seen a remote successfully model proven-out, so any updates in that regard would be beneficial and welcomed by many.
