Lots of upward or lateral opportunity for those willing to take on new projects and responsibilities. Lean organization, so employees have a lot of responsibility, which impacts work/life balance. Internal processes and systems are in the process of being upgraded--patience is needed. Recognition is limited due to fast pace and volume of work.
