The little bit of politics is deeply rooted and needs to be purged! Every one knows who ... just do it. ie people leave their manager, not the company. The pay is “at market” at best.

The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.
