Small or large projects, system integration or custom development - there is something for everyone. And management does what it can to get you working on the things you enjoy.
Minpunten
Salaries are not comparable to the market. Almost exclusively promote from within. While this sounds great for career advancement, coupled with the desire to hire new college grads leaves the company without industry experience or training. Inbred knowledge is running rampant. Lack of planning and foresight into offshore operations. Logistics are covered but career growth opportunities are lacking and how they cooperate/integrate with Corporate is lacking. Just because there is a lower cost of doing business doesn't mean you should dive in head first.
