They give you manageable jobs wherein you can succeed and learn during your time. Learn software scrum environment, a variety of testing tools, version control, LabView certification courses A bunch of fun intern events, lunches and community seminars

For any individual intern project, some may find that the jobs are a little mundane You have to clock out for lunch Pay might me on the low side

The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.
