I really enjoyed the work and many of my coworkers, half of whom were independent contractors. I was paid well to acquiesce.

Toxic environment. I knew something was up the first week. Almost everyone was new within the last 6 months. My lead was not knowledgable about her position and disorganized, angry and chaotic by design to cover that failing up. Management did not care about the constant turnover in the department.
