The company culture is very laid back and hands off, while still providing support and guidance when needed. Base compensation for contractors is very generous. NR works with emerging industries, so it feels exciting to be at the forefront of something new.

The available workload is expanding so quickly it can be disorienting at times, but thankfully senior management is responsive and tries their best to make challenging concepts clear.
