Very friendly and helpful colleagues, despite some negative reviews below most people seem to be very happy working with Natural Power despite some tight deadlines (and realistically, what job does not have challenging deadlines?) In my experience management go above and beyond to keep teams happy - annual leave is never a struggle to get approved and most show genuine concern & willingness to improve on any issues raised. Also very accommodating around the current pandemic. I am personally very happy working with Natural Power and would recommend anyone who is not afraid of a little work to join!

Minpunten

Nothing significant so far - although if I was to be picky I'd say increased frequency of senior management updates would be welcomed!

In respect of the frequency of communication from our senior management team, we have recently undertaken a review of our internal communication plan and have started implementing more communication points including blogs, videos and articles to help continue to keep our colleagues updated. Natural Power is full of smart, considerate, dedicated and professional people. I enjoyed working with everyone that I met, from management down. The benefits were generally good, if not "big tech company" levels. The culture is very welcoming and open, and I was given a lot of flexibility and autonomy.

Minpunten

Number of holidays and starting vacation days could be better, but it's not out of line for North American standards. Bonus structure is opaque.
