- Zero leadership, has been the worst experience I've had with Marketing executive leadership.
- Toxic environment. The team feels demoralized, frustrated and burnt out as a result of the bullying and gaslighting coming from Marketing executive leadership.
- No work/life balance. Be prepared to set firm boundaries from the beginning, otherwise you will be working until very late in the evening or even on weekends.
- High personnel turnover, they take months to fill vacant positions, meanwhile you are expected to pick up their workload on top of your own, and still keep up with your deadlines.
- Your professional advice will not be heard and your work will have no value if it's not "in line" with what Marketing executive leadership wants, even if the entire team disagrees.
- No brand strategy. Resulting in zero brand consistency, last-minute project changes, moving targets and goals, no set priorities.
- "Everything is awesome" on the outside, but no real solutions to internal problems.
