Pluspunten

The SDR team is the best in the business. Best product in the market.

Minpunten

TripActions is one huge pile of nonsense. If you are a great AE at a great company looking at TripActions, close your computer and get off that zoom interview. For years I watched top reps at great companies leave because they got sold the nonexistent dream at TripActions, only to get fired within 3 months because "it was a bad fit" Micro-management to the next level. The CRO spends his time watching gong calls ensuring reps are wearing collared shirts. Top individual contributors' jobs are threatened weekly for not making enough cold calls and for wearing t-shirts on internal sales calls. It's lunacy. The comp plan is a mess. It's been changed like 7 times. Commercial reps make 80k paychecks for pilots that produce zero revenue, and enterprise reps make 1/3 of that. It is also an absolute boys club. White strong personality men dominate the leadership team, and then HR is confused why every single female in the organization is walking away. Um, take a look around. The highest level female in sales is a commercial AE manager and she has been in that role for almost 2 years. Also, women don't respond well to your threatening leadership style and manic blow ups.

Pluspunten

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Minpunten

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
