Management has no direction and prefers to yell at their employees rather than talk to them in a calm manner, constant changes within the company, incredibly high turnover, micro-managing is a thing here. Ridiculous nitpicky rules, backstabbing coworkers. Everyone is so stressed all the time that they are willing to throw each other under the bus in order to stay afloat. Incredibly toxic work environment, i can go on and on. Awful customers, long hours, yada yada
