The production manager isn't personable and creates a work environment that is toxic and make you feel less than your worth. There wasn't room for growth, they made you feel belittled when asking a question or trying to suggest how to make things work better. They went down hill and only care about how much product can be made and not how the work's feel. This is a place you don't want to work for.
