The company has gone through a lot of changes in the last couple of years, which can bring uncertainty. But it's been for the best and the teams are resilient and open to growth.

Management is way to strict on time. IF you have to be at work at say 9:00, if you need to call off, you must do so by 9:15. No exceptions! It doesn't matter if you are losing your guts at a toilet, in the middle of a potential stroke, or just overslept. You must call in. Software is legacy Win32/MFC and looks like it hasn't been updated in many years. You will not learn a new skillset here. Everybody is resistant to change or new ideas.
