TBH leaving after 10 years knowing I would never have to come back.

You will see from other reviews the company fails to live up to its code of values, for the first time in almost 30 years a new person comes in and we find ourselves in court. The micro management style is just awful and when we had leadership from the U.S and a entrepreneurial Manager in the UK it worked now franchisees are pushed to increase sales which of course helps them but the way it’s done is awful and the staff who remain are frightened for their jobs they don’t have the courage to speak out. There is no family at this company so my advice if you want to be happy stay far far away.

Great collaborative culture with supportive colleagues and approachable leadership. The treasury team encourages learning and provides hands-on exposure to real operational processes. There is a strong emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and teamwork. Management is open to questions and feedback, which makes it easier for new employees to grow and adapt. Overall, a stable and professional work environment with opportunities to develop both technical and analytical skills.

Minpunten

As the company continues to grow, some processes are still evolving, which occasionally requires adaptability. However, leadership is responsive to feedback and continuously works on improvements.
