They expect a lot from all in the organization but reward hard work with opportunity.

I'd like to see a bigger match to the 401K retirement plan and Christmas eve as a paid holiday.

Extremely flexible work timings. 5. Zero pressure work environment. 6. Extremely good perks. 7. No matter what happens on business side, people are the first priority for the conpany

The pace is fast, but the teams are competent enough to keep up with it. You're moving quickly alongside smart people, not scrambling to keep things together. Leadership is excellent and clearly sets the tone for how the broader organization operates. The culture stands out. People are kind and engaged in a way that feels real, not performative. The brands in the portfolio are strong, which makes the work easy to get behind. Comp is competitive and the operational infrastructure is already there. For anyone who wants to move fast and actually get things done, it's a great environment.

Minpunten

As with any growing company, some systems are still being built out and aren't fully functional yet. There are many on the team who are relatively new, and the pace is fast, so there's an element of building the plane while flying it. However, this is an opportunity to have ownership and accountability for growth.
