Management has no direction, no one is capable of thinking rationally, middle management people are afraid to decide for themselves. Highly unprofessional workplace, not a good place to work at if your goal is to learn and develop skills.
Management dictates the managers instead of managers giving advice to management by virtue of expertise.
Favoritism without basis.
Requires support from employees but wont support the employees in their needs.
Impose impossible targets.
Power-tripping by management, especially the youngest generation of stockholders who are officers at the same time.
Low salary (unless you are one of the favorites).
