Certain teams work more than is reasonable due to inadequate resourced and high demands placed on them. They're burning out. Disheartening to see how little PTO US-based emplyees have compared to their EMEA-based collagues. People who feel burned out see their collegues take vacation after vacation fir weeks at a time. This setup creates a climate of inequality and breeds resentment, which is especially hard on the middle managers.

We highly encourage individuals to take a break before getting to the point of feeling burned out. I would encourage you to talk with your manager and figure out a plan to take that much needed time away! Please reach out to the People Team if you have any issues.
