Definitely the CEO and all the good intentions he has for the company. Work from home.

Minpunten

This was not my first company and I have worked under various managers before I joined this company. Managers here are the worst I have ever seen my professional career. If you get your job satisfaction in pleasing the megalo maniacal psychopaths, then this is the place for you. These utterly talentless managers, who can never get out of the company as nobody is ever going to hire them, can make your life miserable if you do not massage thier ego. It is run like a family owned corner shop with 3-4 people deciding everything that goes on in Bangalore office. HR management, with one member in its team, is hardly in office and is for namesake and has no idea what it is doing. No policy in appraisal or performance measurement. CEO says that employees first and the middle managers never let the top guys know what's happening on the ground.

I love how the team is so dedicated to supporting each other and always improving. This shows up internally and with the customers. So refreshing.

Minpunten

It's mostly remote now but exploring hybrid options.
