There are no good reasons to work at Neos. If it were possible to leave a no star review, I would.
Minpunten
Highest level management at this company is missing. There are people in the positions collecting large paychecks, but they are pretenders. (Check out Leadership on the company website, if you want to know who I'm talking about.) They pretend to care about the business, employees, customers, but I think they really only care about collecting a paycheck for as long as the company stays afloat. If you pride yourself on doing your best or the right thing, Neos is not the place for you. Inevitably, you will find yourself on the wrong side of things and when that happens, management is not above deception, harassment or discrimination to make you miserable enough to quit (that way you can't find for unemployment).
