Nothing to add, thats common practice at Tallinn office. 3. Gossips. Company fulled with tittle-tattle chats. Top management never have widespread talks about company targets, future big updates, new projects or reorganization plans. The only way to keep updated is listening rumors. If you are good in such activity, you'll be promoted faster. 4. Brain drain. Last year, number of great experts left the company. That people spent 3-5 years here and quit for a reason of negative top management environment. That's a pity, not much such level professionals left.
