This company offers many benefits to their sales team and corporate staff. Lots of fun events, generous compensation, great healthcare, and super supportive office staff. Anytime I needed something (e.g. marketing materials, give-aways, etc.) it was Fedexed to me in my territory within a few hours. Lots of innovation going on, and the company is always evolving.
Minpunten
It can be tricky to gain clout/navigate the waters/a bit intimidating if you aren't a friend or family member of the founding group. However, I found that everyone was treated and assessed fairly, and preferential treatment - at least on the sales team - was never shown. Everyone was expected to pull their own weight.
