Pluspunten
Beautiful office and stores, great perks like discount / flexi working / other, Pay is fair, Product and brand are strong and authentic, real value is placed on doing better and listening... Its a business in transition, which can be stressful and unnerving, but all the changes I have seen so far have been for the better, which is more than other businesses are doing. I trust the leadership team and the strategy and feel like i am kept up to date with how the business is doing, and that there is room for me to grow and contribute.
Minpunten
Some very archaic 'ways of working' and attitudes, seemingly championed by the founders. A lot of opinions based decision making, and assumptions about who the customer is. Some lingering negativity and clique-y-ness within some employee groups who are resistant to change. If the business can evolve away from these things they'd be a 5* employer in the future.
