Pluspunten
Ness Czech was great company, one of IT services leader in Czech Republic. It had super positive atmosphere as friendly/family local company backed by big global corporation that provided its stability, competences and some synergy. The company priorities always were: 1. our employees, friendly, fair and helpful relations 2. our clients, where we always deliver projects in high quality and with both - professionalism and fun. 3. our long-term future with focus on modernisation and organical growth In Ness still work super professional people that help each other, deliver very interesting IT projects on modern technologies and who are great to work with. But those people are leaving now.
Minpunten
Since 2025 the strategy and organization structure radically changed, Ness Czech is strongly pushed to integrate into global structure, everything is moved to India, the whole global management are Indian people located over the world. The only priorities are: - cost cutting - useless corporate "processes" - hundreds of reports and useless meetings typically with 10+ people. Even Ness has all the disadvantages of the global corporation now, there are not clear processes or responsibilities. Everything needs to be approved by 4+ people (even a small salary increase of 1 local employee aligned with the budget and forecast or attendance on a business conference) including the CXO level. The company is paralyzed with the silos, alibism and lack of decisions and responsibility. There is no care about people or clients. Nobody cares or asks about reasons, opinion, recommendations or just local business context. There is only 1 valid plan - to push some global ideas from India to the rest of world regardless the impact, real local situation, business or contracts and to cut all the costs, that will not damage significantly results of next 3 months. Nobody cares about the future of the company behind the next quarter.
