Do not join under Shiladitya Roychoudhari the most rubbish guy i have seen in IT industry ever in my career,Rather than looking at work he cares most about how is ur dressing ,how much hrs u r putting in work,even if u have workload and deadlines he asks to attend some rubbish management meetings setup for everyone in organisation even when they are useless and can be skipped.Even at the last day he keeps u torturing for some foolish things like not available to clearnace ,when asked to have a discussion say just few mins and then moves away and then no response.
