- fijne webontwikkelingsprojecten - hoog technisch niveau; goede ondersteuning van oudere collega's - goede samenwerking tussen de mensen in Roemenië en in Nederland - ik raad dit aan voor iemand die veel webontwikkeling wil doen voor vrij interessante, live projecten

- niet teveel mensen bij de oriëntatie; de huidige administrateurs van de Roemeense vestiging zijn nog bezig met ontwikkeling en zijn niet volledig gericht op management - projectmanagement kan erg directief zijn; ik had het gevoel dat ze de meningen van de technische personen niet vertrouwen - weinig opties voor je carrière - er is niet veel diversiteit in de activiteiten die je kunt doen voor de Cluj-vestiging - IK raad het niet aan voor iemand die meer wil doen dan alleen ontwikkeling

An internship at NetMatch is a great kick start for future careers and a valuable learning opportunity.

I haven't encountered any worth-mentioning downsides during the 2 months spent at NetMatch
