Good benefits in terms of equity and cash bonus, PTO days, 401K contribution, they pay for majority of employees medical/healthcare, maternity/paternity leave, or leave to take care of sick family member. Company and management seems to understand that people have family to go home to and that family comes first. Growing company with room for advancement. Your opinions are heard.

There's no role redundancy for most people at the company, so if one person is out for a period of time, they come back to a full plate of work.
