The NETbuilder Training Manager currently works alongside 2 full-time Trainers, who design and deliver all our specialist material on the programme. There is a two-way cooling-off period during the first 4 weeks of training - meaning that there is an opportunity for both parties to assess one another's suitability before agreeing to move forward as a NETbuilder Consultant. All NETbuilder Consultants are expected to contribute and invest in their own personal development during training; possessing the right attitude to learning and development is key to being successful on the programme.
