Lovely team, great culture, good support, very technically competent engineers, access to training, personal responsibility & ownership. Hybrid/remote work, free food, coffee and lunch. Great work/life balance.

Minpunten

Progression may be fairly dependent on team/role/manager. Compensation is good, but not extremely competitive. Review cycle is yearly (hard to get promoted off-cycle).

There have indeed been some big changes across the business, but we try to maintain our agility and speed where we can, but it isn't always easy.
