At Netformx you can really make an impact. What you do affects customers, partners and other employees beyond what you could think of. You can really start liking what you do day in and day out and they'll give you the time and tools to be very good at it! Work hours are probably the most flexible I've ever seen, people and culture are on point, everyone is always eager to help and the solutions work. Management listens to concerns and responds slowly but surely. It's a great place to work overall!

If you're a remote employee (as was my case) you might find the need to socialize with folks at work. If there's no office to go to, you'll probably miss that professional relationship building that happens over office buddies at lunch or dinner. Other than that, Perhaps the slight disconnect between development and sales. It's understandable to a certain degree, as there is of course a need to prioritize given tight budgets and limited time, and aligning customer's requests with development work is an art form that takes years to develop.
