Even though if you give your best they don't pay you never ever on time you need to keep asking every month. The owner is simply sitting there to get the money earned by employee and to become rich. If you are good in your job don't join Netiapps . They are demotivating and if you want to leave, the owner will say that I have good connection with various IT organisations and I will spoil your career. 90% of the employees are just worthless and cant do anything.
