The company is good for learning and growth

No pros at all except for skill learning at the internship level

-> No Work life balance -> Complete anarchy/Sethiya company controlled by a single individual who is sweet at the start and with time you begin to know who he truly is(A liar, Dhokebaaz) who will 24/7 be iterating his positivity,"exceptional skills" and being a drop out from virtual university(he thinks he's a Harvard drop out). -> Meager pay -> I've seen employees cry but they were mostly spineless so I couldn't talk.
