Some of the nicest people I've had the opportunity to work with until you get to the CEO.

No real HR department and thus lack of care for employees. You will get used until you're burnt out and then you'll be forced out without really getting fired. Proof in the pudding, the only person left from the initial few years of the company is the CEO. Even the business partner was forced out.

Hello, thank you for your feedback and response. We would like to briefly clarify a couple things. First of all, there are times in a fast-growing business when bad practices, excess hiring, poor performance, and such may accrue unchecked and even unnoticed for a time. In these situations, companies must adjust and reorganize substantially to correct and prevent performance issues from worsening. As such, during the pandemic, Netizen went through a considerable restructuring to eliminate overhead, redundancies, and poor performing individuals and operational units that were a detriment to corporate morale and continued growth. Our exceptional growth, high morale, and superb performance since this period several years ago is a direct result of these actions taken. Secondly, the "business partner" referred to departed the company on their own accord, as all employment records and other documentation indicates. We have no further comment on this action other than multiple attempts were made by multiple people to ensure continuity via a planned transition and their continued employment, but said partner opted instead at their own discretion to depart immediately for personal reasons, as was their right to do. We harbor no resentment or ill-will and wish them the best in their current and future endeavors. Again, we really appreciate all feedback but find some of the statements in your review to be misguided and misinformed and needed to be corrected for the record to address potentially defamatory content. Thus, we hope the clarifications provided here have now addressed and corrected the statements made in accordance with all evidence to the effect.
